Pi Kappa Alpha is also the coordinator and/or major contributor to four major philanthropic events throughtout the year. Aside from those events, Pikes also participate in each of the six social sorority's philanthropies as well as the local service sorority's event.

Pike Spike

• This event is Volleyball tournament organized for the six panhellenic sororities to participate. An entry fee of $75 is collected and all proceeds are donated to the Big Brothers/ Big Sisters program. 

Homeless in the Park

• This event is based on 100% participation from the active chapter. The chapter spends 24 hours outdoors in Capaha Park collecting clothing and money for the Salvation Army. Each year Pi Kappa Alpha invites a local sorority to participate in the event.  

Pike Pigout

• The first Pike Pigout was in the fall of 2006. Two members of each team must eat three rounds of different foods. Round one is hotdogs, Round 2 one large pizza, Round 3 is blazin' wings, and the Bonus Round is hard boiled eggs. The buy-in fee was donated to the Hope for Hoops Foundation last year

 Hoopfest

• Pi Kappa Alpha has been involved with this event for two years. This basketball tournament that is primarily sponsered and ran by the Jackson Rotary Club has teams from all over the area play. Pi Kappa Alpha volunteers coordinators and site help for the event. The chapter also sponsers a team to play in the event each year.

 Sorority Sponsered Events

• Kickin' It w/ ADPi-This is a soccer tournament ran by the women of Alpha Delta Pi. The Pikes participate annually and have made a habit of winning this event! 
• Tri Delta Frats at Bat-This softball tournament is ran by the women of Delta Delta Delta. Another event that the Pikes take pride in dominating every year.
• Alpha Xi Rosebowl- This Flag football tournament, set up by the women of Alpha Xi Delta, is another annual event for the Pikes.
• Sigma Shootout- The basketball tournament ran by the women of Sigma Sigma Sigma, is always a competitive event each year. The Pikes have won this event the past two years!
• Gamma Phi Moonball- This volleyball tournament is ran by the women of Gamma Phi Beta. The Pikes have finished with the best volleyball performance the past seven years!
• Alpha Chi Frisbee Fling- This ultimate frisbee tournament is set up by the women of Alpha Chi Omega. Pi Kappa Alpha makes regular trips to the championship game annually.
• Roundin' the Bases w/ Gamma Sigma- This new event was organized by the women of the service sorority, Gamma Sigma Sigma. The Pikes took first in the first annual event.
